How much does CASHBOX Task cost?
Tasks hired through the CASHBOX Task marketplace carry a 10% marketplace fee on completed work, in addition to the 2% CASHBOX Pay escrow fee — both GST-inclusive and both charged on the agreed price. Operators always see their exact net take-home when they quote.
Are there any monthly fees or setup costs?
No. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no lock-in contracts. You only ever pay the flat per-payment fee, and only when money actually moves.
Is the fee inclusive of GST?
Yes. All CASHBOX fees are quoted GST-inclusive, so the percentage you see is the total fee — there's nothing added on top.
Who pays the fee — the buyer or the seller?
The fee is deducted from the payment when funds are released, so it comes out of the amount the seller receives. The buyer funds the agreed amount, and both sides can see the fee clearly before anyone commits.
Do trade association members get a lower rate?
Yes. Operators who belong to a partner trade association can enter their association code and member number to unlock a reduced CASHBOX Task marketplace commission. The 2% CASHBOX Pay escrow fee is unchanged.
